Parent is enrolling Child in IDEA Family Child Care for the following program:
Full Time_ Part Time_ Half-Day (morning) _ Half-Day (afternoon) _
Full-Time (four or five days a week): from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Part-Time (two or three days a week): from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Half-Day (morning): Part Time from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Half-Day (afternoon): Part Time from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM
We also offer 4 Half-Day, 3 Half-Day and 2 Half-Day (morning or afternoon)
*Parents requesting either the morning or afternoon Half-Day schedules mentioned above
must enroll in child care for Monday through Friday of each week.
